I believe strength come form the very core of your being, all my classes are focused and created with this ethos, if you suffer with postural issues or holding correct form then my classes are perfect for you. Exercise is about Strength, Conditioning, Fitness and Wellbeing, not competing with others. Come and do the best you can and I will take care of the rest. Scroll down for description of each class.

BodyWorks Fitness Class, Coin, Marbella Sue’s Body-Works Class – Circuits class hitting all the major muscle groups. Will involve taking weight and swinging kettlebells as we look to define your shoulders, arms, waist, abs, booty and legs. Beginners class will be slower paced with easy variations on exercises. Intermediate class will involve Body-weight and balance and will require familiarity with exercise and gym work.

PiYo - Pilates Yoga Fitness Class, Vie Fit, Vie Fitness, Life Fitness  

Piyo – If you like Pilates and like Yoga and fancy a giving them a go at a faster rate then this class is for you. It will test your resolve for bodyweight programmes as we speed up the tempo, work on the reps and really get you stretching and flexing your muscle,s whilst working on balance, core strength and alignment.

This is not easy and it will test you! It will also be the best class you will ever do if you want to understand and look after your body.
