Every Friday I run a Personal Coaching retreat which is aimed at helping you set goals and learn how to make the subtle changes in your life which will enable you to reach those goals. Keeping focused and on track helps relieve everyday stresses and can help with:

5 hour day starting with
- 30 mins Yoga
- 90 mins – Personal coaching. Mindful session where we focus on your desires vs your needs and use G.R.O.W strategy model to set goals, time frames and align your life as it is now with the direction you want to progress it in.
- Posture and Health analysis – Going to take pictures an do a posture assessment and see where you are physically out of line and build a plan to get you physically back in alignment, this is good for physical development, building confidence and learning to understand what you can do to help you to be and stay physically well.
- Ends with a visioning session, taking what you have learned from your experience with me I will coach you into understanding how to vision your goals, This will be a practical session and you get to leave with your vision board. This can be long or short term based, depends on individual needs at the time.
