Personal Training starts with a consultation, the primary purpose of this consultation is for you to tell us about your wants, needs and goals so we get to understand who you are and how we can support you. The secondary purpose of the consultation us to assess where you are in the moment we meet with you so we support your journey. This process involves going though a
- Physical health questions
- Medical health questions
- Lifestyle questions
The balance of these three facets allows us to build a comprehensive programme that will look after and progress you.
A consultation costs £50/€50 – Book yours in advance now and pay via our Etsy platform
A consultation does not have to lead to sessions, at the end of a consultation we can build you a 6 week programme to do in your local gym or from home and you can join our online community via Facebook to get additional support.
If you would like 1 to 1 sessions with your programme then the prices are as follows:
Pricing is as follows:
- £50 – €50 Individual Sessions
- £45 – €45 per session to book 6 in advance
- £45 – €45 per session to book 10 in advance
- £40 – €40 per session to book 11 or more

When I first joined the gym back in June I struggled to attend. So much so, that one day when arriving at the gym and noticing that the car park was full, panicked and had to go home. I first met Sue when I did my induction. It was by pure chance that I had my induction with Sue. She advised that as of August she was taking PT clients.
In them first couple of months I rarely attended the gym. When August came about I contacted Sue about PT. I started with only 1 session a week and tried to pair this with attending the gym. During these first few months, I gained confidence and was able to attend the gym myself and use the knowledge that Sue had provided during our sessions to be able to set a programme for myself.
Sue is strict but fair as well as supportive and involved. No matter how much I moan and complain she never gives up on me and doesn’t make it easy. She works me hard to achieve the goals that I set for myself. She understands that life sometimes gets in the way of training and nutrition but she helps me to understand how to manage these times. She is always only on the other end of the phone and will help whenever needed. I am now able to attend the gym on a regular basis and get on with training.

Sue worked for me as a self-employed fitness instructor delivering bootcamps to my corporate clients. Sue never let me down. She consistently delivered well thought out and structured workouts and put a lot of time and effort into making the bootcamps a success.
